Our journey began with Giani Gurcharan Singh, who, after migrating from Faisalabad (now in Pakistan), opened the first shop named “Giani di Hatti” in the bustling lanes of Delhi. From day one, Giani’s captured hearts with its signature Rabri Faluda, a rich and creamy dessert that became an instant favorite across the city. The unique combination of freshness, quality ingredients, and authentic taste made people keep coming back, establishing Giani as a household name.

By 1956, we ventured into handcrafted ice creams, introducing classic flavors like Vanilla, Strawberry, and Butterscotch. Every scoop was prepared with real ingredients, bringing joy and delight to customers. Our focus on authenticity and quality quickly set us apart in a competitive market and built a foundation of trust that lasts to this day.
